This might involve crafting a communications plan, managing creative services projects or stepping in to temporarily replace a key marketing employee who’s on leave. In the role of project manager, Pat works with a network of marketing and creative services professionals. She also writes and edits press releases, newsletters, research reports, sales tools and more. Her clients include high tech, financial services and healthcare companies that range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. |

| Carol is a graphic designer with a background in book design and typesetting. She produces printed material ranging from brochures to directories. She especially enjoys designing complex documents such as books, catalogs, manuals, and annual reports. Her most active accounts are currently Madison Repertory Theatre and Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society. She has worked for Sonic Foundry, Pleasant Company, Promega, the UW System, University Publications, and many other small businesses. |

| Anne M. Connor, owner of ACE Communications, LLC, has worked as a professional writer and editor for more than 20 years. She is currently employed part-time by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is responsible for the creation of a semi-annual newsletter for the School of Human Ecology. Her responsibilities for this 8-12 page tabloid-sized publication including writing, editing, photography, and layout. |
